Nathan Dillion had a nice game from the 15 minutes i watched b4 i left......im not sure the name for the qb from conner but he was #18........Scooter is one of the quickest players i have ever seen he chased shawn down a few times saving some td's......Eagles look tough!!!!!!

Do you know who started at QB for the cougars?

#18 Nick West. I imagine he threw for some decent yardage tonight.

And the kicking game for JCHS that some thought might be an Achilles heel actually isn't so bad. How about Josh Leckrone? 8 for 8 on XP kicks so far on the season. Grim also was punting the ball well tonight and he's doing a better job this season so far in fielding punts as well.

I would like to give a shout-out to JC's P.A. man and music man :ylsuper:

Between the 2 cannons, the fireworks, the train horn and the clips of music played at JC. I'd have to say JC is becoming one of the toughest places to play east of Lexington... maybe east of Louisville.

Sounds like it is like watching a real life cartoon

Sounds like a three ring circus! 2 cannons, are they loud or do they just blow smoke?

I thought I heard the "Superman" theme played a few times tonight.

The music guy was in mid-season form tonight. Particularly enjoyed the appearance of "The Distance" by Cake for the long touchdown runs.

The cannon sounds louder too. I think it's the echo off the turf.

LOUD!! Every time they shoot'em everybody in the stands goes :scared:

I have a question for everyone? The officating at tonights ballgame overall was pretty good, as usual you have your questionable calls that go each way. But I was thinking and I thought that 12 men on the field was a 5 yd penalty right? The officals tonight marched off 15 yds for the penalty. Isnt this a 5 yd infraction and not 15.

What could you hear?

You did! It's the usual "Shawn Grim just did something else amazing" sound clip.

And those cannons make a little noise with the smoke.

I think JC had a starting offensive lineman go down early on in the game. Cody Castle appeared to hurt his knee pretty bad.

Was Conner that bad?

Wow, this is a score that is tough to believe for me.
