I also agree.

Romans 14:11...Every knee will bow, every tongue will confess before the LORD". 70 years on earth compared to ever lasting life. He will get his due.

He is a sorry excuse for a man. I just pray he nevers marries and has children.

I heard on the news this morning where Trent DiGiuro's father is filing a civil suit against Shane Ragland. I'm not sure what he would have in terms of assets, but maybe down the road.

Bad part Shane has nothing, Now his DAD is loaded.

I heard one lawyer state that one reason for the plea was to protect one witness who would testify but had received death threats and both parties agreed to a plea to ensure the safety of the witness.

I don't like the message that sends. This may make it open season on future witnesses although I can certainly understand the young lady not wanting to take the risk again.

Anyone know his motive? Why did he do it?

I believe I have read Ragland felt he was denied entry into a fraternity due to the actions of DiGiuro.

That could possible explain some of his actions. Maybe he was use to getting what ever he wanted because of ole dad. Now he gets to college didn't get into the party and thought he would take matters into his own hands. I don't know, just speculation.

I agree. I understand the risk involved for a witness in a case like this but as you said it may leave the door wide open for future cases.

:thumb: That sounds about right. It was probably the first time he had ever been told no.

Your telling me the Raglands have more money than Vick.

I am sure they know the right people.
