All the Horizon Party is doing is removing federal support for schools. Schools need to pay for themselves and local economies of scale need to plan for themselves. The testing will be done by the schools themselves. Its their local economy that depends upon their good testing.

Because most of the social programs that you propose remind me of the Nazi Party and my fathers generation did not spend almost 5 years of their lives eradicating this evil to see it come back in the 21st century .
