Seriously though -- how do you see this game playing out? What are your predictions?

(By the way, I couldn't find a picture of Greenup County Football on the internet.)

Russell 27

GCHS 12

Personally, I believe that Russell wins this one in the 1st quarter and walks away with it during the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th quarters. Here is why.

GCHS doesn't come prepared to play in the 1st quarter. They drop too many balls in space and their line is too slow for the faster and stronger Red Devils.

Besides that, GCHS has never won at Russell!

Why would it happen now?

Russell 34

GCHS 14

Greenup needs to start with someone else ... Won't be a big score , Devils have lot to work out .... Good luck to both teams ....

Russell by 21.

(By the way, In the pic I especially noticed the kid wearing a t-shirt that says 'Rams" on it!!)

I wonder what he was thinking about. Maybe they were using him as a tackling dummy.

Greenup has never won at Russell!! Now that was something I did not know.

Well we would not want to break the streak. Russell wins.

both teams will be a little "rusty". Russell with a bunch of new varsity players and Greenup with a new offense. Could be a defensive struggle and a tight game. Upset special...

GC 17 Russell 14

When did you guys change colors to blue and gold??

Wonder if all those St Louis fans going to games on Sundays realize how lucky they are that they have the same mascot as "mighty Raceland"?

Both teams working out the kinks.

Greenup has more kinks to work out.

Russell - 28

Greenup Co - 12

Doesn't matter the color....we all know that they are patterning themselves after us :sssh: . They called when they went to that long ago and we gave them permission to use the name. St. Louis is thinking about going to Orange and Black!! LOL.

Prediction Kasey Clark will not be the BackYard Brawl MVP for the fourth straight year his streak ends at 3. I'll bet the house on that one. Greenup Co. is better than previous years. However they are not yet good enough to go to The Hank and end the streak. Russell extends the home winning steak, and a new MVP is crowned.
