July 24, 200719 yr I would agree with Billy Howerdel as being underrated. Guitar tech for some of the best bands in the business and plays a mean guitar for A Perfect Circle (a very underrated band IMO). Agreed. Ill also say that David Gilmour is underrated, you hardly hear his name when it comes to great guitarists but he is the man whose responsible for the greatest guitar solo of all time...Comfortably Numb.
