I've noticed many of the members on here a wrestling fans and I was wondering your opinion on who revolutionized the pro wrestling industry and who do you think is the biggest name in the business and why. Observations, personal experiences, etc....Post anything at all that is realivent to the topic. I posted a poll of 20 choices so there are plenty of options. Very curious to see how it turned out.

I had to go with Hulk Hogan...he pretty much changed the sport in my mind and I don't even watch it much.

I pretty much have to agree, I voted for Randy Savage basically because he was one of if not the best in ring wrestler. He never had a bad match. The Hulk Hogan personality was very influential in the whle sports entertainment industry but savage was the better "In ring" performer imo.

I voted Hulk but my favs are Sting, Lex Luger & HBK.

For me it was between Hulk and Andre the giant. And that match Hulk was on top, as was on my vote.

It has to be Hulk Hogan. I read somewhere that he is one of the top 5 most recognizable people on the planet! Meaning he could go to some 3rd world country in Africa and be recognized!!!

I would think Tiger might be in the top 5, and wouldn't be surprised if Ali still ranked up their as one of the most recognizable even if he hasnt' boxed in a long time.

Did you eve get to watch the dvd on the Ultimate Warrior,"The Self destruction of the Ultimate Warrior"?He was one of my favorite wrestlers as well but the guy was basically crazy to put it mildly. He actually changed his name legally to Warrior among other things.
