May 18, 200719 yr You mean resolving nothing? Leaving things unresolved is what they wanted to do! It makes people want to watch next season! If they resolved everything, what would be the point of watching next time?
May 18, 200719 yr Author Leaving things unresolved is what they wanted to do! It makes people want to watch next season! If they resolved everything, what would be the point of watching next time? Thanks for explaining to me how TV shows work. It's just that nothing really happened. The coolest thing was when that girl was talking to George and said her last name was Grey. No new chief, no marriage, no George/Izzie/Linebacker Lady resolution, nothing happens with Alex, no cliffhanger, Derek and Meredith are fighting I guess?... I just thought it was weak.

You will like the ending to Scrubs! :thumb:
May 18, 200719 yr Was Grey also the one that McDreamy talked to in the bar? My wife and I had that question. I don't really know. I had not thought about that untill you just brought it up. I just ask my wife and she couldn't remember either, just that she was pretty sure that she was Meridiths little sister............interesting  There is one of the questions for next season

Excactly :thumb: , I was a little dissapointed in the finale but this is still my favorite show on t.v. and am looking foward to next season.
May 18, 200719 yr I thought they did a good job last night of wrapping up the season... I agree, I thought last nights show was very good!

Your forgetting what did happen though, OR. No Wedding. George failing the internship. Merediths sister coming at the end. Derek making a point to Meredith that she is afraid of a commitment because of what happend with her mom and dad. Alex for sure showed a different side of himself. The new interns coming into the locker room at the end. The chief and his wife kind of finding a resolution. There is alot that went on!

May 19, 200719 yr Didn't get to watch....Why no wedding? Christina freaked out bc she had washed the vows off of her hand, Meridith had to talk her (more like tearing her butt) into going through with it and walking down the isle, all of this while the music was playing and no bride walking the isle. Burke finally came down and walked back down the isle and into the room where Christina, Meridith and the brides maids were finally ready to walk out. Burke then proceeded to tell her that she never wanted to marry him anyway and she tried to say he was wrong and wanted to go on with it. Both finally realized what Burke was saying wa strue, burke left and Meridith went up front and announced that it was over. There you go, at least that was my best shot at it.
May 19, 200719 yr I can understand why someone would think season 3 wasn't as good as season 2, but I think it's important to look back at how good season 2 was.... 1. you can make a serious case that season 2 of Grey's Anatomy is one of the better seasons of any drama this decade.... (I would say it was the best) 2. They benefited from having 27 shows in season 2, including a two-part Super Bowl program that was the fourth most watched show of 2006... had a ton of momentum with fresh storylines... 3. I think ABC hurt themselves when they took a month break over the Christmas holiday (had 5 weeks between new episodes from early December to mid-Jan)... kinda took some momentum off the storyline.... I think if you purchase the DVD's for season 3 (as I plan too), you'll look back and see it really wasn't that bad of a season... 4. If you just started turning in to this season, I can totally understand how you would be confused, etc... for people who have watched the show since the beginning (or caught up watching the DVD's like I did), you'd probably gain a better understanding of what they were trying to accomplish... Overall I agree with GT, I thought they did a pretty good job in season 3 of adding some new twists to old storylines... in a season that started with Meredith's choice between Finn and Derek ends with Meredith having a choice on Derek....
May 19, 200719 yr ^^ Very good points, all of them. Greys is still the best show on t.v. today and I also agree with the best in quite few years. :thumb:

I mean we've already talked about this before... the stuff you mentioned is just regular stuff IMO. Season finale's are supposed to throw twists at you, I certainly was expecting something very unexpected to happen or a cliff hanger, neither of which I really got.
