I guess I missed a score somewhere but didn't CCH beat Ryle 3-2 on Thurs night? I know they were do to play again so did Ryle beat them the next game?

No. Ryle beat them last week at the Tates Creek Tourney.

And they lost to CCH because?

Because the Raiders first baseman made a great catch on a line shot that ended the first game and the Colonels pitcher made a great catch on a line shot at him to end the second game. biggrin.gif Either shot could have made the out comes different for each team. Now shake hands and play nice with each other.....biggrin.giflol.gif

Both Ryle and CovCath have very good teams as well as Beechwood, Cov Holy Cross, St. Henry and Boone County. One outstanding team from each one of these District will not move on to the Region. Once again this year, the District regular season games will be huge in the 35th and 33rd...

I just hope the Beechwood and the CovCath coaches remember who can pitch legally and who can't, so we don't have a double forfeit again...:D

Well said OG. :thumb:

As for the game, congrats to the Beechies. I for one thought HC would win it but was proven wrong. Good luck to you at state. represent NKY well.

Good Luck to Beechwood in the All A State. I believe they will play the winner of the 8th region, anyone know who that might be?

They will MOSY LIKELY play Walton. That's who is favored in the 8th.

Walton barely beat Beechwood's JV, what about Carroll Co?

We beat Carroll Co early on in the season, just about everyone pitched an inning that game.

Walton beat Beechwood's JV 9-3.....

Walton beat Beechwood's JV 9-3.....

Bad wording on my part fballstud06. Beechwood's JV was winning this game after 4 innings and committed some errors for Walton to break open the game. Does anyone know who Beechwood will play yet?

Does Beechwood play the 8th region winner? From what I have been told the 8th plays the 6th region winner. Correct me if I'm wrong

No worries man. We all get a little mixed up sometimes. :thumb:

Beechwood has the ability to beat anyone in the 9th w/Elliot and Bankemper pitching, IMO

Is Bankemper still on the team? I heard he quit.
