Tubby WAS NOT FIRED!!!!!!

Featured Replies

Nope.....I've been told it would be the new coaches because Tubby couldn't win with them....

Well, that's the correct answer, but I'm just drawing that parallel. A lot of people argued that the title didn't belong to Tubby because they weren't his players. That would thus mean any success (or failure) next year would belong to Tubby under that logic.

Let's agree now to give Tubby credit for next years' team.

Here's the trouble. Tubby undoubtedly had/has the coaching ability to win a title. BUT, he apparently does NOT have the recruiting/program management ability to win a title.

You must have both pieces, and Tubby doesn't. Now it looks like he's finally making some wise moves with regard to his staff at Minnesota that will help him out. Why in the world he couldn't do that at UK is beyond me.

True UK Fans will stay with the program under any circumstance!!!!

Amen, best post of this thread. Nuff Said!!!! :ylsuper: :ylsuper: :thumb:
