March 25, 200719 yr That sucks. They will be in the mix next year to. Better than some teams can say...
March 25, 200719 yr Jeff Green is good... He got some help from UNCs ICE COLD shooting in the last 5 minutes of regulation and OT.
March 25, 200719 yr He got some help from UNCs ICE COLD shooting in the last 5 minutes of regulation and OT. His D also played a big part in the start of the cold streak. Guarding every position on the floor at some point in the final 5 minutes and OT is pretty rare...
March 25, 200719 yr That sucks. They will be in the mix next year to. Better than some teams can say... They'll be good, but IMO this was their best chance with this group. Wright is a lock for a top 5 pick, I'd be shocked if he didn't go pro, and Lawson is rumored to be a lottery pick if he wanted to leave as well. The recruits they have coming in (if any) aren't UNC caliber, so I don't see next year's team being better than this group. Hoya Paranoia is Back!!!:dancingpa
March 25, 200719 yr Great game to watch. UNC really choked down the stretch. For a moment, I thought Williams was back at Kansas.:sssh: Just kidding. It was just a great game to watch.
March 25, 200719 yr Understatement of the year right there.... I can't wait to see how his game translates to the NBA. At this level there isn't anything he can't do...
March 25, 200719 yr I can't wait to see how his game translates to the NBA. At this level there isn't anything he can't do... Totally agree.... I'm looking at the matchup right now, and I don't see how tOSU is going to be able to guard him.... Hibbert/Oden should be a good one as well.
March 25, 200719 yr i dont think any of these guys are gonna go pro IMO.... They may not, but I think it would be a mistake for Wright especially.
March 26, 200719 yr Totally agree.... I'm looking at the matchup right now, and I don't see how tOSU is going to be able to guard him.... Hibbert/Oden should be a good one as well. Here's to hoping that they beat the Luckeyes silly...
March 26, 200719 yr Well shoot. I was 1 game away from picking all 4 final four teams. Man I was so close! To think, if the ref would have called a walk we could be seeing Vandy in the Final 4. Although I think UNC would have gotten them. Nice win for Georgetown.
