I know June Buchanan has been a darn good team all year, but my goodness I would see this as a huge upset if they pulled this off. Still a ways to go, should be a great 2nd half.

Anderson has 2pts for Central...If the crusaders hold him to that in the second half they'll stand a good chance of winning.

June Buchanan shot 12/22 from the field in the first half, for 54.5 % shooting. Central meanwhile struggled to 38.7% shooting, going 12/31 from the field.

What has been the biggest upset in the last 10 years? If JBS wins this one, this will be surpase it.

The thing I like about JBS, is they were not affraid to play the big boys such as Lexington Catholic and Mason County during the regular season. So many eastern Kentucky schools like to stay in the mountains.

JB is playing very well. They have handled the press moderately well, with only 8 turnovers.

 

Anderson has been a complete nonfactor, going 0/3 from the field. Hood is the only thing driving the Dragons right now. It's almost a mirror image of last year when hardly any of the players seemed to show up. It says a lot to me that Aaron Rhodes has 8 points, more than any other Dragon but Hood.

Warren Central played in the King of the Bluegrass and the LIT, and a good tournament in Missouri. They also played Christian County, University Heights and Apollo, last year's state runner-up.
