April 4, 200719 yr No, please...no land mines! They're inexpensive. And that is the last I'll say on that! I remember not too long ago a case that went before the Supreme Court from a town in PA involving local authorities trying to crack down on it. I am wondering that if this happened more often then the Feds would have little choice but to do something about it. Either way though it is an interesting conundrum.
