If I am not mistaken, there are many nominated from around the country. However, they don't actually make the team.

 

I think there were only 36 boy's from the state of KY. that received nominations

I didn't think these were actually chosen to play in the game.

Who was the last Kentucky player chosen for the actual game? The last one I remember was Carlos Hurt (I think that was his name). Hurt wasn't originally from Kentucky, though.

Congrats to Matthew Daniel from Rowan Co. He was also nominated.

Just like to point out that Jon was also Honorable mention Street and Smith all american , the only one from this area.

I also don't understand how Matt daniel got player of the year in the kabc coaches poll and Jon got player of the year in the ekc with 13 out of 16 coaches voting?
