March 16, 200719 yr Author EKU is getting killed. I knew they had no chance, but man I hate to see my alma mater get embarrassed like this. In '72 they took the eventual national runner-up, Florida State, into overtime in the first round of the tournament. But I live in the past way too much. UNC is too big and too athletic for the Colonels. Good gosh!!!! EKU... I'm so sorry to jump to conclusions. You have represented the Colonel Nation well.:thumb:

March 16, 200719 yr The Colonels played about as well as they could have against the Heels. Talent and depth ultimately took over. Look for the Eastern to be right back in the hunt for the OVC title next year if they can keep their coach. I think EKU is becoming a basketball school.......
