March 9, 200719 yr Duke simply doesnt have the players. They play good defense usually and play hard. And they get the star treatment being Duke. But they just arent that good. They have lost 3 in a row going into the NCAA tourney. How they are ranked is beyond me. It is kind of amazing. Where did they finish in the ACC standings?

Some of this falls back on poor judgement by Henderson as well. Now we can debate all night about whether or not Henderson was trying to hurt Hansborough. But I think he was trying to foul Hansborough really hard to say the least. And it probably hurt Duke today.

A lot of season left, Leader K will have them ready for Thursday, will be tough to go much further than the sweet 16 though. All depends on the draw and matchups. Duke will need to avoid teams with athletic physical guards.

March 9, 200719 yr What about a Duke vs. UK 8/9 game? I just do no think it will happen. I do not think Duke drops lower than a 7 and UK is probably at worst 7, maybe an 8. If it did, I like the matchup. The type of team UK needs to avoid is a team with strong physical bigs(PF and C).
