Great game to watch, two good teams playing their hearts out, lively pep sections, good band music, packed house, a lot of school spirit in this game. Knott County show cases two teams for the 14th regional, they could very easily meet again in the championship game. Good luck to both!

It was just cloudy Professor. I bet you could post it right now and be excatly right.

I know a lot think this is an upset, but Knott had them beat the other 2 times they have played too. They were up 14 with 4 minutes to go and let it slip by, but they took care of it this time. Knott has had a great season although their record doesn't show it, they just had a few mistakes at the end of some games. They really have a good team and have a chance to win the whole thing. Got a good draw and can beat Hazard if they keep the game at a fast pace and guard Hicks a little bit. Good job Patriots.

 

On the JBS side, I think Coach Jim Stepp should be reported to the KHSAA for going after the officials and walking in their locker room and letting them have it after the game. But I guess he forgot one of the officials was a State Police Officer and showed him the door!
