Don't really matter. They are Just sophmores and have a bright future.

I was Proud that these young men along with all the younger players off the bench never backed down from anyone.

I thought White and Hardyman played hard and unintimidated, everyone else seemed scared. The loss of Gallagher and Hargett from last year was evident. Two years in a row in the district finals means you deserve to be there. Now you have to play like it.

Yes Hardymon and White did play hard and it is hard to intimidate the two of them. They are seniors and need to set the bar.

 

I would not say everyone else played scared. I know some players had more to deal with then others. No matter what they say Shooty is more then a water boy. Hamilton needs to work on the walking, it was not just in this game but a problem all year. The kid can play, just needs to play more within himself.

 

I do think Mofford grew up alot this year. He really makes a difference on the floor. He is not afraid of anything. Ty Krebs handled the ball and pressure well in the time he was out there, he too is not afraid of anyone. He is playing with alot more confidence then he gets credit for.

Mofford plays well against smaller opponents but needs to step up against bigger players. He fades to much and shoots to many shots off balance. Defensively he can be a force, but needs to improve his offensive skills. Staggs is more than a water boy, didn't say that he was, but in big games "Shooty", Groves, Mofford cannot come out and play like they did. I'm not saying they should have beat Mason, but I did expect them to perform better. Then to make matters worse Mason's third string ran all over Augusta's second team.

 

Augusta is capable of winning a game in the region depending on the draw, and it depends on ALL the starters doing what they are capable of doing.

I was just making the statement that its ok for some to question PT and others can't. Accually I have no problems with thet way this team has played or been coached. They give 100% every game.

 

I find it odd that a team with only a couple of losses can can have fans complain about PT. When I and others get beat up for the same thing.
