Possible Excuse for Crawford recent poor play?

I hadn't heard about this until just now. Could this possibly explain why Joe has played so poorly the last week. I've dealt with a lot of fires and it's not something that I would wish upon anybody.

I did hear Tubby speak out about this after the game...He did say Joe had a lot personal issues going on and his "head was not in the game." Seems like that is becoming a common trend...however, Joe does have some good reasoning...

Hopefully everything works out for Joe and his family but things like this would be a motivator for me.

Terrible news and it obviously makes it a lot easier to cut Crawford some slack. But if I hear one more time that someone's head wasn't in the game I'm gonna puke.

Mid-terms would probably take place right about the time that this happended. I guess it is possible.

I didn't know he was having trouble in school. If he is indeed having trouble I would have to believe that this would be a factor in his struggles. I would wish this situation on anyone. A fire or flood can be devastating.

If the season was going well, I would bet we'd see one. Since it's not, they may very well not do anything for him.

That's what I didn't understand. During the post-game interview on the radio they were talking about Crawford and Tubby became very upset very quickly. He changed the subject before he said something he shouldn't...
