No. If you look at the pictures, you will see most of the headbanded troublemakers don't sport 'rows. I've had several suggestions about expanding all those included in this theory (corn rows, arm sleeves, leggings) but I'm sticking with the original theory, and that is the headband wearers are more likely to cause trouble than non-wearers.
