How long has been playing varsity?

How long has been playing varsity?

I think he has been a contributing factor since his 8th grade year? I'm sure SSF can elaborate more.

Surely, he's played more than last year and this year.

How big?

He played varsity last year and this year. 6'2.

Yes, Tim Stephens of the years way back.

Lindsey Waters, a senior on the girls team, just broke 2,000.

This is quite an accomplishment for a freshman.

Shoot a lot??????

Shoot a lot??????

I wouldnt call him a gunner. He takes his shots within the offense. And he crashes the boards hard and gets a lot of offensive stick backs.

I think Coach Jones wanted him to play varsity when he was a 7th grader but he didnt want to.

Assuming he did not play varsity before 8th grade, he's averaged 18.5 PPG in his first 54 games. Strong.

According to the stats on the KHSAA scoreboard site he scored his 1,000th point on the 16th.

Also according to those stats he's shooting better than 80% from the line and better than 40% from three point line and averaging just over 20ppg this year.

I was wrong, he scored it last Friday at Somerset.

For most of the year, he shot 49% from the 3.

He shot 90+ percent from the free-thow line last season, but they're rimming out more this year, so about 82%.

He can really put up numbers, and he's a great offensive rebounder. One reason McCreary beat West Jessamine last season in the regions was because of his offensive rebounding.

He is a very good player. Coach Jones has not built an offense to inflate his stats. These are legitimate numbers. With a little luck he may score 3000.

Congrats to a very good player with unreal potential... :thumb:
