I am interested in seeing the new staff operate for the Birds. Big shoes to fill.

I'm curious to see how this year's freshman squad does for the Colonels. I've been told they had a pretty rough year last year as an 8th grade team in the GCL's youth league. I know one of the big talents from this year's freshman class, lineman Lincoln Wickiser, started in the JV game on Saturday against Ryle. He's shown on the freshman roster but I'm not sure whether or not he's going to be playing both freshman and JV ball. I love good seeing "Fowee" show up on a Cov Cath roster again, though.

Moeves dominating on Defense as well. Huge hit coming up from the safety position. RB down for CCH. Start of the 2nd.

Birds up 21-0 with 6 minutes left in half.

28-0 Birds with 3:14 left in half

4th TD pass for Moeves. 28-0 Birds. Looks like the Colonel QB may be out with an injury. 3 minutes left in half.

55 yard TD run by brown. Makes it 35-0 and a running clock. 1 minute left in 1st half. I am heading for dinner. Maybe @Jack of all Trades can continue updates if needed.
