It's a tough class to rank, in my opinion. CAL is the only obvious choice. Lots of losses to graduation, some coaching changes, some other questions. It may take a few weeks to sort out, and my guess is there's some teams floating around 11-15 that find there way into this list eventually.

Lloyd is down no way they are in the top 10.

I think Bell Co will drop as the year progresses.
