If for some reason Duke would only finish with 20 wins and anearly exit in the ACC tourney. Would the NCAA tourney leave them out? I say No. Yes they would make it! Teams like UK, Duke, UNC, etc. if they get to 20 wins their usually always going to make the tournament just on the name along...

February 12, 200719 yr Author Lets just be honest. Duke isnt that talented. They do have some talent in the freshmen class, but it hasnt developed yet. Duke plays hard, but they just dont have the personnel this year that a lot of other teams do and other teams in conference are taking advantage of it. They have talent...but you're right, they are not playing with it yet, and it is taking longer to develop than Coach Krzyzewski would like I am sure...they are down this year, no doubt, but the future looks nice...

Duke will finish up with 1-2 suprising wins here in the end of the regular season...I would like to say that they'll win the ACC tourney in St. Pete, but no dice... I think that they'll win their first game in the ACC tourney, and their second...then they will lose to UNC in the semi's...no worries, they will likely go in as a 4 seed....if they are a 5, I will be scared to death...with that, they can work some first weekend magic, but will be gone in the Sweet 16, due to a lack of long athletes.

February 12, 200719 yr As much as I like Coach K,would really like to see what Dawkins could do with the constant stream of talent that goes through Duke. Not that I care one way or the other(because I'm a Duke fan)but think they would be liked better if Dawkins was the Coach. K,Vitale and ESPN have made them so disliked. Can't even watch a Duke game or otherwise with Vitale behind the mike.
