OC this year reminds me of last years Cooper squad. Cooper returned a top level QB but without the supporting pieces they made an early exit. OC will be district good and might make some noise in the playoffs but as far as a state title contender or a top team in the state, that ship might have sailed. The past 2-3 years OC has been loaded and still couldn’t get over that hump… They most likely will take a step back this year with so many new faces in the mix. One thing will remain. Teams will have to earn a victory against the Aces, they’re well coached and always aggressive.

No that wasn’t it he was trying to say how great they were going to be and I guess as a fan that’s what you do but if they didn’t win state last year with that team with what all they loss I feel their chances are low. He also seemed upset that I didn’t agree with him but I’m sure we should all have our own opinion.

First, I’m not a Catholic fan, I respect their program for many years. I was just saying alot of people had them out again BG. Are they up against a mountain week 1? Yes. Can they win? Yeah. Will they have to have some things go their way? Yes.

That’s it. If Catholic loses to Boyle Co.. So what? If they lose to Owensboro…So what?If they lose to Apollo or DC or Meade Co. or Bardstown or Etown? Then yes that’s a problem and will kill RPI which might put them on the road in 3rd round.

Who are the Aces scrimmaging? I am interested to see if Roberts will be able to fill Miles Edge's shoes at the RB spot. The bar is certainly set high!

Madisonville North Hopkins. He will be great.

Does anyone know if the Lineman that enrolled at OC has been cleared? I heard his meeting with the KHSAA was this week.

Not too shabby for the smallest school in the county by a considerable margin.
