First, find a picture that you want to use as an avatar, then make sure it is no more than 150x150 pixels.

 

Then go to "user pc" at the top of the forum, and select "edit avatar", then select "use custom avatar", then click on "browse" and find the file that contains your picture and open it. Then click "save changes" and it should be done.

I did a search for pictures of bighorn sheep and found mine. I copied it to my pictures folder and did like Ram said.

They're going to have to reserve a whole section for all of us OLD RAMS. Maybe they'll name a sky box after us and let us all move right in.
