    After looking at salary for coaches and teachers, I can see why it is hard to keep a coach. Rank 1 teachers would be taking 4-6k pay cut and head coach starting at 6k is pretty low... 

    Would Tye look at returning if he left on good terms? 

    Per the super the head coach must be willing to run the Eminence offense. Also must be willing to play the QB of his choice.
