I have trouble with ND being as high as they are, no way should they be higher than Bama. I think TT is a to high as well.

Miami has head to head over ND and as things tighten up that matters.  On Bama, no way should losing to the Sooners by two drop you six places.  So reactive. 

And Tulane and Texas Tech in a first round game, what universe is this.
