PRP fired head coach Brandon Dunn back on March 14th of 2025. The job sat open for roughly 4 months before Kenny Walker stepped in in late June as interim head coach for the Panthers and agreed to steer the team through their monumentally difficult schedule of games this season in order to give the athletic department more time to conduct their search for a head coach who would best suit their program.

Any word on whether or not there have been any conversations with available coaches as of yet?

Don’t they have to play the same schedule back again next year too?

Why would anyone sign up for that?

Any updates on this job? Seems like an attractive place within JCPS beside the schedule.

Trinity is no longer on their schedule, which is huge plus for them.
