In the first-ever soccer state championship played at Lexington Sporting Club, St. Xavier’s Brady Youssefizad scored early. Near the end, he helped to secure the win with an assist to Trey White. The Tigers defeated Covington Catholic 2-0 in the 2025 Boys’ Soccer State Tournament Championship presented by UK HealthCare in front of an excited crowd of more than 2,000 fans.
