The Yankees go up 2-0 on the Red Sox's on a two run homer by Ben Rice and Boston comes back to tie it in the top of the 3rd.

Boston and New York are still tied at 2 after 4 innings.

The Yankees take the lead 3-2 on a line drive by Judge that is misplayed.

The Red Sox tie it in the top of the 6th, and the Yanks have runners on first and 2nd with no one out.

The intensity of playoff baseball is exponentially higher than the regular season, playoff baseball is the best.

Now that the Reds are out I need to find a new rooting interest.

Yep, even playoff hockey and soccer is intense and fun to watch.

Tigers have blown open the game with the Guardians as they have scored 4 in the top of the 7th and now lead the Guardians 6-2.

Cubs get on the board first and lead 1-0 with still the bases loaded and nobody out and YU Darvish is already out of the game.

Cubs had the bases loaded with no outs and 2 runs in then they have a strikeout and then hit into a 3-6-1 double play to end the inning. The Cubs had a chance to blow this one open will have to see if that comes back to haunt them.

The Detroit Tigers defeat the Cleveland Guardians 6-3 to win the series and will move on to take on the Seattle Mariners beginning on Saturday.

Collapsed during the regular season, but sneaked into the playoffs by virtue of having the tiebreaker over Houston (good). 

Cubs still leading the Padres 2-0 through 4.5 innings. The Padres left runners on 2nd and 3rd in the top of the 5th.

The Cubs get a huge insurance run to start off the bottom of the 7th with a solo homer by Busch and now lead the Padres 3-0.

It is going to the top of the 9th with the Cubs still up 3-0.
