Final the Cats led 10-7 midway through the 2nd quarter and were outscored 28-3 the rest of the way. They were aided by 4 Cats turnovers, Next up for the Cats is a trip to a very upset Georgia team next Saturday.

It’s over.

Second quarter was brutal.

Tuned in after UT game and Cats were up 10-7 with the ball.  They scored on 2 straight plays...unfortunately it was for SC.  Down 21-10 and it was time to watch UGA and Alabama.

I can't help but think Stoops would rather see his legacy somewhat preserved and take a little less on the buyout...If not this marriage ends very ugly!

Yeah, I respect what Stoops has done here but this is a new era with NIL and I just don't think he's suited for that new environment.  Kentucky is really behind the eight ball with NIL anyway, especially in football, but I just think the wheels have come off for him over the last few years.  UK's SEC schedule is also about to get brutal so his usual formula of beating 3 cupcakes + beating Louisville (who have markedly improved under Brohm) + beating some combo of Vandy/South Carolina/MS State to get 6-7 wins is basically over.  I think it's possible if Stoops stays we could go winless in the SEC for the next few years, which would be awful.
