The 4-0 Nicholas County Bluejackets travel to Alexandria to take on the 2-2 Bishop Brossart Mustangs. The blue jackets are coming off a forfeit against Berea. The Mustangs are coming over a brutal loss to Bracken County 41-13. Who do you think wins this matchup.

The 4-0 Bluejackets are coming off a forfeit win over Berea.  They’ve not played much competition so far, beating Pendleton County, Bellevue, and Lewis County.  Bishop Brossart comes in at 2-2, losing to Bracken County 41-13 in Week 4.

Should be a good game. BB played a great game against Sayre a couple weeks ago. Then Bracken really took that momentum and smashed it. Nicholas has a soft schedule but is as physical as ever and can probably get 10 yards in 4 tries on almost anybody in 1A, 2A or 3A good on good. So it’ll be an interesting game. This series has been a respectful one. Good luck to both teams.

Final. Nicholas County 30 Brossart 7

Nicholas County is too much for Brossart.

Was this expected or a surprise?
