My goodness... The parody of the good ol' 14th region. Anyone on any given night.

Wow. Looks like the region widens with every game. Perry and Hazard have now beat JBS.

Gotta love the 14th. Like I said earlier, whoever makes it out of the region will most likely get beat by 20+ but the regional tournament will be a dandy.

I listened to this game. It was 30 to 18 at halftime with PCC leading. JBS came out in the second half and trailed until about a minute and a half to go when they tied it up. Jon Amis of PCC hit his 4th 3 pointer to put PCC up by three with 2 seconds to go. I think Clark Stepp finished with 15 but had a terrible night shooting the ball. Collins for JBS had 10+ blocks.

 

Looks like Big Al has the Commodores peaking at the right time.

Real ugly game, Perry looked good at times, Bailey, Amis, Stacy hit big shots early. Collins played great defense but he and Short rarely saw the ball. Clark shot alot and Cox seemed not to be on tonight. Little Stepp hit some big three's but then missed a few badly. I would credit this win to Big AL.

Perry is always going to be there come region time, and they are just showing it. Actually that whole county is always there when region hits not just Perry but also Hazard and they are both playing some good ball.

Congrats Perry Central!

JBS has internal issues that will take them down if not solved. They are loaded with talent and size but not with team spirit........When family or politics becomes involved it takes the fun for players and fans alike away. This happens all to often in high school sports. If the truth were to be known some JBS fans were pulling for PCC.

Wow!! Opposing team's crowd for the opposing team. Now that's a problem. JBS might want to fix this. Who is PCC's next district and region game?

Sounds like a good game.....If June B only lost by 3 and didnt play that good then the next meet should be intereting. Sounds like Big Al went to Pippa Passes and stole this one. If June B. wont stop the selfishness then Big Al will steal anyone they play.

Sounded like JBS was Stepp/Stepp only. Never really heard Cox, Collins, or Short much. They must use them to really be effective.

Al Holland really did a good job of coaching last night. I was at the game and I thought Justin Stacy did a great job of shutting down Clark Stepp. Perry County Central will go pretty far in the region, if they can get by Buckhorn in the district.

I agree that PCC is also playing much better than earlier. I think the loss in the all a has got JBS down right now.
