I thought Newport would win but thought this would have been closer. 

Congrats to the Wildcats!  Looks like Coach Wiggins is coming for the bell!  Good luck boys!

    I think it could happen, the Wildcats are due for it to say in the least. I believe Newport is going to have a nice season.

    Always happy for my good friend Coach Paul Wiggins and his Cats.

    Not only a lopsided victory but it was played on the Red Turf at Ludlow.

    Newport has played Ludlow the previous two years.  In 2023 the Cats eeked out a 16-14 win, and last year prevailed 34-32.

    While I would have taken Newport in a poll, I never would have expected the that dominance shown here.

    It will be interesting to see if the Cats can play with Lloyd next week at home.
