In my case, I can't be out in the sun much without a wide-brim hat or some type of head covering because of some meds I take. It doesn't have to be too hot, just direct sun light and warm temps.

I had a wide-brim hat, sun gloves, long sleeve top, and long workout pants on, I was nearly totally covered up.

I'm officially done with people complaining about the heat.  We get it, it's hot.  It's summer in the Ohio River Valley.  It will be hot and it will be humid.  We don't need to hear about it every time you open the door.

The heat advisory remains in place through this evening, as there is a window of opportunity for 100+ heat index values before storms pop up this afternoon.

This should be the last day of advisory-level heat for a while, but very warm and muggy conditions will follow Saturday through Tuesday, with daily storm chances. Lower humidity comes in on Wednesday.
