Flyers looking for their 4th coach in 4 years. 

Weird, the football program has an army of coaches and they are successful.  What is going on with the basketball program?

Maybe the football program? FC has had nice teams in the past, but compete in a very tough region.

Maybe but several schools are good in both sports. 

- Flyer football built it from the youth program up and does well. 

- Lady Flyer Basketball is built from the youth level up and does well. 

Flyer basketball and the past few coaches haven't made any attempt or shown any interest in building from the youth level up. Find the Flyers a basketball coach who will follow the blueprint put in place by the football and girls basketball programs, and you'll find your coach.

They are 4A, close to Great Crossing, Scott Co, and may also lose some basketball guys to Western Hills or Frankfort.

1 kid left FC for Frankfort this past season, because he didn't get along with the Coach. Kid was a head case himself. Other than him, FC hasn't lost any basketball kids to those schools. The basketball kids at FC aren't tough, refuse to lift or be physical. The best basketball teams FC has had, have been because of the football kids who were great athletes, lifted with football and weren't scared to play physical. Now 99% of the roster is basketball only kids. Therefore, they are soft and don't win at a high level. 

Anyone know anything about this job. I had heard around 2 weeks ago that they were interviewing Chris Evans and Chris Wilhite.

I then heard a couple of days ago that Wilhite was offered the job but turned it down. Anybody know or heard anything. It has been open for about 2 months.
