Two good, close games to open this tournament!

After watching these two games, I don’t know what to expect in the Pulaski/Mercer matchup. Other than a very low scoring game.

You should look at strength of schedule and regular season record. ? lol. Just kidding. It should be a good one. I’m taking PC for the win.

I think the parity of the region is coming to light.  We've talked about it all season, there is not much separation between 2-10.

Nope. That’s 5 quarters of basketball. And the Pulaski game 46-42 in double OT? It was highly competitive basketball but tough to watch.

I don't think Coach Atkins or Coach Fraley cares if the game was entertaining. All they care is that they are moving on.

I love to see competitive games but get exactly what your saying in hard to watch. Wish sometimes you could just skip to the final four minutes and play it out from there.

I think the part about it being hard to watch doesn't come down to entertainment it comes down to the quality. Competitive like the games were can be entertaining, it not being the best quality can be hard to watch.

Don’t matter if you score 10 points a quarter or 20 as long as you advance.

Totally agree and as I said in another thread, the coach’s primary job is to win the game in front of them. If that’s what gives their team the best chance to win, that’s what they should do. But that is a different topic than entertainment value!
