    Yep. He's from there (Pineville & went to Bell). He played on Dudley's 1st state title team in '91.

    If I'm not mistaken, he came to Marion County after some time coaching out of state (maybe Georgia?). I assume the move to Marion got them closer to home and now the move to Pineville does that even more so.

    Close! He was in Florida for a bit. He went there after being the HC for some time at Jackson County. I can't remember the name of the school in FL off the top of my head.

    They went back up from 3A to 4A, the new district above and paired up with 4A D1 the first two rounds.

    They didn’t get helped out any for sure. Then again, they were in a cross district the last couple years with CAL and Central.

    I hear the naming of a new coach is coming on Friday. As Arthur resigned officially last Thursday.
