February 4, 200719 yr Nice game for the former Cat player who was a HS McDonald's AA and recruited by Tubby Smith!!! Even a blind Squirel will find a nut every now and then.:thumb:
February 5, 200719 yr Even a blind Squirel will find a nut every now and then.:thumb: That class was missing a great player that shows good recruiting finds by UK- John Stewart, who collapsed and died in a game at the end of his senior year in HS.

February 5, 200719 yr You're joking right? So you mean to tell me that Bogans was a great player while at UK. I can remember him playing and having a very good sophmore year and an ok senior year but his freshman and junior year were pretty subpar. A very streaky shooter while at UK. I'd take Prince and Fitch over Bogans. IMO, Bogans asn' a supurb player at uk! Bogans was a very good and very underappreciated player at UK.

I hate to say this about the deceases, but Stewart was a project. Very similiar to the 7 footers of recent years. None have panned out.

I thought he was better than the big guys as of recent. Another thing to consider is that team had a better supporting cast than the footers we've had lately.
February 6, 200719 yr Glad to see it. I've never really been a Bogans fan due to the inconsistancy he showed at UK, but it's good to see him doing well.
