Meade County 79 Cloverport 5

I was looking at KHSAA scoreboard and this score stuck out. I don't think I have ever seen a team score in single digits before.

They lost 74-15 last week so we may get a lot of the scores from Cloverport this year.

And I give up, who/where is Cloverport?

Breckenridge County, about 40 miles upriver from Owensboro.

Formerly known as Frederick Fraize HS. A little over 100 students grades 9-12.

District game with a 6A school . . .

I remember Frederick Fraize and had no idea they changed names. Thx @Runcible Owl!

And I thought Frankfort High was small!

That should never happen.  It's demoralizing for the losing team and a waste of time for the winning team.  They're putting kids at the risk of injury for a meaningless game.

Teams should be able to opt out of playing their district opponents if they are in a situation like this.
