I said maybe 8 PI calls after that first one. We are up to 4 with another one that they called holding instead of PI. This crew is just different than what I have seen all year on WR/DB hand play.

Actually, Newton did exactly what he was supposed to do on that play. Zone coverage and dropped to his area. Yes, the pass was overthrown but Newton did his job.

He did exactly what he was supposed to do in that defense. Make sure nobody gets behind you. If he comes up and plays that tight, that is a trip to the bench if I am defensive coordinator.

Agree, Cappa is worse than Volson. Cappa was terrible last year.

Not for me!

This is going to be a win over a horrible team with a horrible QB but we have been way to sloppy with too many penalties and missed tackles that will get you beat by a team around .500 or better. 

Bengals get a late touchdown but miss the extra point and led 37-21 with 1:09 to play.
