Indiana really needs a touchdown here. I think Notre Dame is going to put it more out of reach if they don’t.

Notre Dame has clearly been more aggressive and better at the line of scrimmage to this point.

Well Indiana is going to finish 11-2 and they only played two ranked teams in really one of the weakest schedules in the country this year. They did win the games vs unranked teams as they needed to and won them big. The only two ranked teams they played all year if they do not score late here, they are going to lose both of those games by a combined 65-18.

I also did not realize until the announcers just said it that this the first Irish home game since 1990 that has not been on NBC.

Well, the late touchdown will make the numbers more respectable it will now be vs. their only two games against ranked opponents to now 65-26.

Notre Dame entered into and exclusive contract with NBC for home games way back then. But obviously this is the playoffs and new and it is not covered.

Yea I knew of the contact I just didn’t realize it had been in place for almost 35 years now.
