Hodge to Darwin Cotton at the 22.  I love that name too!

Equipment timeout.  The white hat is working on a CAL player.

Touchdown Connor Hodge.  What a shifty runner, I don't think anyone touched him.

1034 left in the game.

Celebration penalty for taking a helmet off, these NKY officials don't play.

And there he is.

I think getting a chance to rest up a bit made a huge difference but you are right, best player on the field along with Jarren Johnson.

UC on the CAL 41 to start their drive.  I am not sure how they got the good field position.

Union County to the CAL 25.  The Braves are a different team in the 2nd half thanks to the big spark provided by the Jareen Johnson INT return.

Speaking of Johnson, he is down to the 4 on another tough run.  I think the second half makes him a finalist for Mr. Football.

740 left in the game.

35-14 CAL

3rd and 4, Johnson missed a wide open receiver in the end zone, should have ran it.

Touchdown Union County!

Johnson to Luke Thomas, 4 yard td pass with 655 left in the game.

CAL 35 Union County 21

Another onside kick that Union almost got, almost...

CAL ball on their own 37.

I wish the second half Union County team would have showed up in the first half.

Sack by Kamden Davis and the Union County numbers are very hard to read.

Hodge stacked up by Union.

515 and running down.

3rd and 18 on the 39 for CAL.  They are probably going to have to punt.
