I missed this event last week. Is anyone able to give a brief run down on how the different NKY teams looked?

Holy Cross beat Sycamore handily.

Ryle has some work to do.

Highlands played well, and have a very unique situation with two young ladies the size of Marissa and Berry.  If their guards / wings can hold up, they'll be very solid.

Campbell County is going to be a real problem in NKY and the 10th.  They are terrific.

Cooper is still going to be very, very good, and no shock, Noel looks even better.

Ryle is super young and inexperienced. They will start their season at Holy Cross…

Owsley County played Prestonsburg at Floyd Central Saturday and was up 11 points at the half and then their 6’ forward Marcum, who had 11 points at the time, had to leave the game with a bruised knee and didn’t play the second half. They still led until about 1:30 left in the game and P-Burg took a 2 point lead. Owsley tied it again but in the end final score Blackcats 39 Owsley 37.

There were games all day there but I didn’t get the results except I think Pike Central defeated Breathitt by 9.

Heard that Notre dame beat Anderson county by 15 and whooped Bethlehem by 25 in their pre season scrimmages (was Leah Macy on the court?). Seems like a good start for the Pandas.

Leah did play for Bethlehem against the Pandas at Franklin County.
