The Rockies get the run back in the top of the 8th and push the led back out to 6-2.

Reds come back with 3 runs in the bottom of the 9th and had the tying run on 2nd but Elly grounded out to short to end the game and the Reds fall 6-5. The 4th and final game of the series will be tomorrow with a 1:10 first pitch.

Late comeback falls short.   6-5 Rockies, final.

Chalk that one up to goofball House who should’ve been fired LONGGGGGG ago!!

Reds win today 8-1 and take 3 out of 4 from the Rockies as they should have. Next up is a 3-game series with the Marlins 32-60 before going into the All-Star Break.

At least they didn't waste another excellent Hunter Green outing.
