Somerset at Breathitt County Predictions/Updates

BGP #8 Somerset travels to #10 Breathitt County for the first district match-up of these new district rivals.

They've played five times since 2009 with Somerset winning 3 times in the post-season and Breathitt County winning the two regular season games. 

If the game's close and the crowds are rowdy the sound coming out from under the covered bleachers can be unnerving. It seems like the roof and bleachers act like a megaphone and focus all of the sound to the field.

The last time I was there JD_Jr was a Senior and it took a late interception for Somerset to win. It was an incredible high school atmosphere.

Somerset comes in 4-2 while Breathitt comes in at 2-4. They have one common opponent, Perry County Central, which they both lost close games to.

I expect a good game, as both teams want to get off on the right foot to start district play.

Somerset plays a Physical brand of Football, and that will be the difference.. Somerset gets the win.
