January 17, 200719 yr Ironic cause I just saw a story the other day where Don Nelson wasn't playing Dunleavy that much and that he didn't really fit into what he was trying to do. The large salary meant he could end up being traded and sure enough, here we are.

Yes, good trade for the Pacers. The only questionable position they'll have is SG... Murphy isn't great, but he's easily a worthy starter. He has a big salary, but I wouldn't say he's overrated. The Warriors got rid of nearly all their front court production... They have Biedrins, and that's all. The Pacers also got Ike Diogu, who I personally believe is going to be great once he reaches his potential. Not like the Warriors were going anywhere, but still... They'll be about the same.

January 17, 200719 yr No, because who is overrating him? Chris Mullin? That guy would pay me $10,000,000 a year... Great player, horrible judge of talent. Murphy's a 15/10 guy when he starts.
January 17, 200719 yr Mullin is a great GM. He knows what he is doing. Baron Davis now has someone to help with the scoring load and this gives their young, raw big men a chance to develop. Or, in the case of Foyle, to earn his check.

January 18, 200719 yr A little off topic here but just wondering............ is Azibuke still playing with the Warriors? (Just would like to know because I believe he signed one of those 14 day deal contracts)
