Congrats on the win. If I would make a top five list of Kentucky teams I wanna see Trimble County would make the list.

I’ve watched many teams play in the state and interestingly Trimble County is one I haven’t watched before.

Good to see the rebuilt Bellevue team competing. Here's hoping for positive results in the future!

I have not got to see them either. Two others I want to see are Dayton and Morgan County. I always hope any of those three would be in a bowl game that has a doubleheader.

If you get a chance to make it to Dayton, try before their new field and stadium is done. Davis Field is a cool and nostalgic place to take a game in. From what I heard last night, I’d say it’s two years. There was anticipation that the new stadium would be ready next year, but between demolition not being done completely where the new location will be now and not having a building contract in place yet likely guarantees at least another season after this one.

Many years ago I was the back judge in the Carroll County vs Dayton game ( yeah, Carroll had some Mumphries lol). Carroll scored on a long pass and when the extra point was kicked the ball went into the woods. Guy

Guys would not give the ball back when I asked..... turned around to tell referee and got hit in the back with a perfect spiral lol. Had another game where I raised my hand, blew whistle for opening kickoff, and every light in the place went out. Somebody hit a power pole on Dayton Pike and about half the town was dark lol. Came back Saturday night. Classic old place. Worked my first scrimmage there at the beginning of my career. Interesting fact.....the guy training me and I have children who are married to one another!!

That was probably the old dog pound days lol. Everyone from Dayton called that spot that.I’m sure this was when the old wood fence and wall was still up behind Dayton’s sideline to that spot. The stadium was more vintage with that before it was taken down and the chain link was put up.
