McLean County is severely underrated in class 3A! 

I saw CAL scrimmage BG and CAL looks really good to me.  When they start to play traditional 3A schools, I would think they are going to be a very tough out.  But that game on October 13 vs Central should be a really great game!

Out of the top ten who do you think they are better than.

Though LexCath threw it around last week vs. Bardstown, I remember thinking that they did not look like a top tier team. Good, no doubt, but not Top 3.

Both Glasgow and Union County and I’m not sure they aren’t better than Hart County too!

Well we might get to see because I think they will be in the cross district from Glasgow and Hart but I just don’t believe they are better than them but we will see as season progresses.

Does McLean return alot, how were they last year, did they play any coming opponents with teams in the top 10 last year?

On KHSAA it only shows them having 6 seniors so I don’t think they were a lot of  returning players.

They are coming off a 9-3 season! And return quite a bit more than anyone in our district! This is the fastest team Coach Wagner has had in his 13 year tenure at McLean County!

Mclean will be a very solid 3A team in WKY.. Always thought coach Wagner gets the most out of his teams and improves as the season goes along. Speed is always an issue be interesting how fast they really are.

Yes but they play a fairly weak schedule so it’s hard to say they will be real good or not based on last year’s results. I think they will probably have a good season and finish second in their district which would put them playing either Glasgow Hart or Franklin Simpson in the first round of the playoffs and those teams are really athletic and I think it will be tough to win against either of the three.
