They should be a potent group either way.

January 15, 200719 yr They lose Quarterman and Foster, which is sure to hurt, though Giacomini should fill in nicely, as well as Benson or Donaghue to fill the other spot...Offensively they should be every bit as good, next season, as they were the last two years....Defensively, they lose Okoye, Harris, Gay, Sharp, Brown, Smith, and Smart....They have a ton of DL weapons back, Harris will leave a whole. As a unit, the secondary should be much better as a whole.
January 15, 200719 yr Author Offensively, I am of the opinion that injuries are all that can stop Louisville from a great year.

Will their offensive system remain pretty much the same with the new head coach? I know he kept most of the current staff. Sounds like if their new starters on the offensive line perform well they should light up the scoreboard again next year.
January 15, 200719 yr ^ Darned right....I actually forsee Coach K and Co...going full throttle in the passing game. I personally feel that 4K and 25 td's should be in Brian's future.

If he throws for 4K I'd say he'll break 30 tds, which could very well happen. It would be very cool if he and Woodson could both do that and make some national magazine covers, heisman lists etc.
January 15, 200719 yr If he gets 13 games.... 4,000 yards - 307/game (that could be a stretch) 25-30 TD's - 1.9 - 2.3 TD's/game

January 15, 200719 yr ^ I do seriously.... You seriously think so RP? If he stays healthy, I can see him coming close, He would have to have a few450+ games.
